Over the past few years, Samuel Oshana has expanded his investment portfolio by loaning capital to individuals and small companies who need it, using real estate holdings as collateral for the loan. This has allowed him to make a greater return on investment, even as he increases his real estate holdings. To augment his portfolios even more, Sam Oshana now has a license as a Florida real estate broker. That license allows him to expand his real property investments, which now include commercial and residential real estate. In the most recent past, Sam has concentrated on purchasing a great many distressed properties in Broward and Dade and Counties, which he then restores to their former glory and re-sells for a significant profit.
This is what Samuel Oshana has been doing for years, really. Over a long career, he has been a very successful businessman and investment professional, making many investments in a wide variety of business areas in both New York and Florida. Most of his business success has come out of his ability to guide money to the right investments for his clients. Often, that has meant starting up new companies and nurturing them to success. One prominent example of that comes with his role as a key player in the startup of Apex Data Systems, a payment processing company for merchants that he grew and nurtured and eventually sold for a hefty profit. To get where he is these days, Sam Oshana has worked at some of the largest and most prominent brokerages in the country, such as Heartland Securities and JP Morgan. That is where he learned how valuable the right kind of investment is and the best methods for maximizing returns on investment. In recent years, Samuel Oshana has engaged in ever more aggressive investment. Instead of just guiding people into stock investments, Sam also makes loans to individuals and small companies, using their real estate as collateral. It follows a pattern. He has been very successful in many business areas. The secret to his success has come from his innate ability to start up new companies and nurture them to great success or to get them to the point that they make a very lucrative target for buyers.
One of the best examples of his business acumen could very well be the time, while he was working with First Data Corporation, that he helped found Apex Data Systems, a merchant payment processor. He guided that company to a level of growth that made it a great target for buyers and he was able to sell it for a significant return. Samuel Oshana has a lot of experience. He has worked at many of the best and highest profile investment brokerages in the country. Not the least of those were his stints at Heartland Securities and JP Morgan and Heartland Securities. While he was a securities broker, he held Series 7 and Series 63, which are basic licenses that allow a broker to trade in securities, as well as a Series 55, which allows a broker to trade in equities. Throughout his time as an investment broker, Sam Oshana learned a lot about the value of investment and how to maximize investment returns. In the last few years, Samuel Oshana has also added a license as a Florida real estate broker to his portfolio, which has allowed him to become even more successful, purchasing many distressed properties in gentrifying neighborhoods in Dade and Broward Counties, and he has managed to rehabilitate many of them and sell them for a healthy profit. Sam was born in Boston, but he currently calls Miami Beach home. |
